Who owns the Oklahoma River Cruisers?

The Oklahoma River Cruisers are owned by the Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COTPA). In the fall of 2007, COTPA contracted Hornblower Marine Services (HMS) to operate, maintain and manage the cruisers.

Boarding areas are located at Regatta Park landing (725 S Lincoln Boulevard) and Meridian landing (just east of SW 15th and Meridian).
